UNICEF staff in the field are doing all they can to reach the most vulnerable children across the world. But they also need support to stay focused on delivering the best results. That’s why we have a Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) that takes care of these needs.

The GSSC supports more than 150 UNICEF offices and over 17,000 staff worldwide with Business Innovation & Support, IT, Customer Care, HR, Payroll, Finance, Data Analytics and Change Management services.

UNICEF Global Shared Services Centre’s (GSSC) vision is to drive excellence in service delivery, efficiency, and business modernization by using leading best practices and technology to support UNICEF’s mission and the Sustainable Development Goals, for the realization of the rights of every child.
