Growth is important, not only through our colourful projects, but also via hundreds of courses available on our own learn.VML platform. An internal coach, training courses are available on request.
How can the employees affect the company’s life?
We are simply better together, and it starts with our people. We have a no-door policy (where even the leadership sits among us), which means that everyone’s ideas, suggestions are heard and valued. We also have a platform where we can send all our requests, suggestions or feedback on international level which are addressed in our regular allstaff meetings. We like to listen and act :)
