Work closely with team members and shape our solutions together with our clients, directly interact even with partners from day one.
Report any occurring challenges on the daily stand ups and take part in various ceremonies, retrospectives. With a personal mentor you will set clear personal development goals, and they will provide mentoring and coaching support to achieve them.
