Join Citi’s Digital Client Support team in Budapest in a career starter role! This team serves as first point of contact for corporate and commercial clients and closely cooperates with Citi Service teams, Bankers and Product teams.

Responsibilities
Address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support via phone and email
Train clients on the various modules and services of Citi's electronic banking platforms
Manage issue resolutions involving external software vendors or internal production support teams
Implement new solutions & system functionality following product / market / regulatory requirements
Support periodic system upgrades and software maintenance by providing UAT testing
