We are looking for a Social Media & Community Operations Specialist to join our Budapest team.
In this role, you will bridge our technological innovations and global online community. Main responsibilities include managing technical SMM content operations, building our presence on Reddit and specialized forums (via SEO and AI-driven AEO), expanding our tech influencer network, and scaling our automated affiliate program using data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical environment, strong affinity for 3D printing, deep SEO/AEO and platform knowledge, an analytical mindset, and fluent English skills (English CV and cover letter required upon application).

What We Are Looking For? / Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field.
- Industry Knowledge: A sound, technical understanding of digital fabrication and a genuine passion for 3D printing technology.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the technical social media and forum landscape and best practices across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and Reddit.
- Search Optimization: Strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles, specifically how to structure forum contributions and social content to improve discoverability in a modern search landscape.
- Community Focus: Strong understanding of community management and affiliate marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing social media and community data to meet strategic objectives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English. Additional EMEA language skills are a plus.
