Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for technical, as well as some non-technical, roles.
Operate as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Build a robust pipeline of top talent using comprehensive and creative sourcing methods.
Manage and improve branding strategies for the Budapest office/market.
Craft and enhance a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience
