- Collaborate with the production team, work with briefs and hiring cards to identify the requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies to find instructors for the new courses and hire new team members
- Create sourcing strategies to find relevant candidates on LinkedIn and social media
- Interview potential candidates and evaluate their soft and hard skills, culture fit, and motivation
- Organize effective communication in a timely manner
