Since the beginning, we have been working within an agile framework and developing in SCRUM methodology – with self-managing teams where the common goal is to deliver the tasks by the end of the sprints. Daily Standup Meetings (not just our developers, but Back Office and Business Development teams also do DSMs), Demos, Releases, Story Points.
