How we work
Minden projektünkön agile delivery teamekben dolgozunk, ez 5-6 Software Engineer-t és egy Scrum Master-t jelent. Seniority szempontból csapat szinten figyelünk arra, hogy legalább 50%-ban seniorok legyenek egy projekten, illetve legfeljebb egy junior kerülhet egy team-be, ezzel igyekszünk biztosítani az utánpótlást, ugyanakkor a sprint velocity-t is szem előtt tartjuk.
What will you learn
Folyamatosan képezzük a kollégákat online/offline képzéseken keresztül. Cloud irányba mozdulunk, így elsőként AWS cert megszerzésében támogatunk téged. Az újonnan megszerzett tudást szívesen osztjuk meg egymással házon belüli workshopokon keresztül.
