Responsibilities
- Establish and own a strategic advisor relationship with each client in scope
- Review customer usage metrics on a regular basis to identify problem areas and opportunities
- Ensure comprehensive end user support on own projects
- Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally
- Master all Trax systems relevant to the clients in scope
